We sell handmade cosmetic and skincare products through our online store.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, prices, and other information are accurate. However, because some of our products are handmade, minor variations in appearance, colour, texture, or finish may occur.
Product images are provided for illustration purposes and colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
3. Orders and Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
After you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A binding agreement is formed in accordance with applicable Norwegian consumer law.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as obvious pricing or product information errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If an order is cancelled and payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded.

All prices displayed on our website are stated in the currency shown at checkout.
Applicable taxes and other charges will be displayed at checkout where required.
We accept the payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched unless another payment arrangement is explicitly offered.

Orders are normally prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Customers purchasing online in Norway and the EEA generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable exceptions.
For cosmetic and hygiene products, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products
