Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases, customers in Norway and the EEA generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable exceptions.
Customers outside Norway and the EEA may have different cancellation and return rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their country.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. For hygiene reasons, opened or used soap and cosmetic products cannot be returned where this legal exception applies.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@pinaebeauty.com. Returned products must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pinaebeauty.com with your order number and, where appropriate, photos of the issue.
We will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement, refund, repair, or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Opened or Used Products
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been opened may not be returned where the legal hygiene exception to the right of withdrawal applies.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective, damaged, or otherwise does not conform to the applicable consumer protection requirements.
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, we will process it to the original payment method.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Where required by applicable law, refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory time limit.
